1. Shipping Guidelines
All orders placed on https://takevolta.com are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Prosperity
Journey LLC ships products across the United States. Shipping rates and estimated delivery timelines are
calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, severe weather conditions,
or incorrect addresses provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
2. Return Protocols for Consumable Goods
Because our products are consumable dietary supplements, Prosperity Journey LLC must enforce strict
health, hygiene, and safety protocols under applicable retail guidelines:

Unopened Products Only: We only accept returns for items that are 100% unopened, unused, with the
original factory seal fully intact and undamaged, within thirty (30) days of the original delivery date.
Opened Products are Strictly Non-Refundable: For health and consumer safety reasons, we do not
accept returns, offer store credit, or issue refunds for any products that have been opened, unsealed,
sampled, used, or tampered with in any manner.
3. Shipping Costs for Returns
All shipping costs associated with returning unopened products to our fulfillment facility are the sole financial
responsibility of the customer. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item delivered to you was
substantially damaged or incorrect due to a direct operational error on our part.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an order that was damaged during transit, please take immediate photographic evidence of the
damage and contact our customer service team within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery at
support@takevolta.com. Approved replacements will be issued at no additional cost to the customer.
