How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days. Priority shipping takes 2–5 business days. Choose your preferred option at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard and priority shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping on all orders over $75.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to the UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. International delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
Can I return my order if I don't like it?
Yes. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If Volta isn't right for you, reach out to our support team in any way that's convenient for you — we'll make it right.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll send a replacement right away.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to help.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. If you haven’t received an email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or visit the ‘Track My Order’ section.
Do you offer subscription orders?
Yes. Subscribe and save 20% on every order. You can skip, pause, or cancel anytime — no fees, no questions asked.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Shopify Pay and PayPal.
My discount code isn't working — what do I do?
Make sure the code is entered exactly as provided (codes are case-sensitive). If it still doesn't work, email us at hello@takevolta.com and we'll sort it out.

What is the difference between Volta 01 and Volta 02?
Volta 01 is our Energy Stack — built for clean, fast-acting focus and alertness. Volta 02 is our Dopamine Stack — designed for motivation, mood, and sustained cognitive drive. Many users take 01 in the morning and 02 in the afternoon.

How do I use Volta pouches?
Place one pouch between your upper lip and gum. Leave it for 20–40 minutes. You'll feel the effect within 5–10 minutes. Do not chew or swallow.
How many pouches can I take per day?
We recommend starting with one pouch. Most users take 1–5 pouches per day. Avoid taking more than 3 pouches in a 24-hour period
Does Volta contain nicotine?
No. Neither Volta 01 nor Volta 02 contains any nicotine. They are fully nicotine-free.
Is Volta safe to use every day?
Yes. Volta is formulated for daily use. As with any supplement, consult your doctor if you have a pre-existing medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking prescription medication.
Can I use Volta 01 and Volta 02 together?
Yes. Many users stack both formulas. We recommend taking Volta 01 first (morning/focus session) and Volta 02 later in the day. Do not take both simultaneously if you are sensitive to stimulants.
